Protecting what matters through innovation and
calculated risk.

Soft Landing is a thrilling design and engineering challenge where teams must build a protective vessel to ensure a fragile payload (like an egg or a water balloon) survives a high-altitude drop. Using limited materials and a strict budget, participants must brainstorm, prototype, and test their ideas before the final, high-stakes drop.

The activity serves as a perfect metaphor for protecting core business values, mitigating risks, and ensuring safe execution during turbulent transitions or product launches. It encourages out-of-the-box thinking while highlighting the importance of structural integrity and teamwork.
